Terms for using OrderForge

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using OrderForge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What OrderForge Provides

OrderForge provides market data views, orderflow dashboards, chart indicators, risk context, AI-generated analysis, pre-market planning tools, watchlists, settings, and related workflow features.

3. No Financial Advice

OrderForge does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. AI output, order book data, confluence scores, risk summaries, and chart indicators are informational only. You are solely responsible for any trading, investing, or financial decision you make.

You should independently verify market data, use your own judgment, apply risk management, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

4. Market Data and AI Limitations

Market data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, stale, or affected by provider outages. AI analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or based on limited context. You must not treat any output as a guaranteed signal or instruction to buy, sell, hold, enter, or exit a trade.

5. Account Rules

• One person may not create multiple accounts to bypass trials, subscriptions, rate limits, or access controls.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You may not share accounts, resell access, automate abuse, scrape the service, or interfere with app security.
• We may block, restrict, or review accounts with duplicate email, phone, IP address, or device fingerprint signals.

6. Trials, Subscriptions, and Access

Access may depend on trial status, subscription status, admin approval, or account role. We may modify, suspend, or end trial access if we detect duplicate-account behavior, abuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

7. User Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using OrderForge, you understand that the app uses authentication data, IP address, device fingerprint, user agent, settings, saved analysis records, and related operational records to provide and protect the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, or unauthorized financial promotion.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription checks, rate limits, duplicate-account controls, or security systems.
• Reverse engineer, overload, attack, or disrupt the service or its providers.
• Submit sensitive personal data that is not needed to use the app.
• Represent OrderForge output as professional advice, guaranteed results, or official trading instructions.

9. Administrator Actions

We may review accounts, update roles, block access, remove or correct data, investigate fraud flags, and enforce these Terms when needed to protect users, the app, billing integrity, and service reliability.

10. Intellectual Property

OrderForge, including its interface, code, branding, workflows, and generated app structure, is owned by its respective owner or licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create competing services from the app without permission.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, real-time data, or error-free operation. Features may change, degrade, or be removed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OrderForge is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, provider outages, AI mistakes, account misuse, or decisions made from using the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
